Sunbury

Situated on the edge of Greater London in the county of Surrey, Sunbury is sandwiched between the River Thames and the M3 motorway. Conveniently situated close to the M25 and not too far from central London, the leafy suburbs are favoured by high income families. Sunbury itself has a historic mansion, pretty streets and pricey antique shops but there's little here to merit a special trip.

Frequent trains connect Sunbury with London Waterloo station, a journey of around an hour. Bus services operate between Sunbury and central London, as well as London Heathrow Airport, which lies 10 miles to the north-west by road. The nearest Tube station is Heathrow Terminal 4, served by the Piccadilly Line.
